Farina Portrays Queen Yizelle in Upcoming Film “Flow Calle”

Farina Pao Paucar Franco, better known as Farina “La Nena Fina” is an award winning Colombian born singer-songwriter, composer, and actress. She first became popular after her participation on The X Factor in 2005 and began releasing original music starting with “Solo Con Palabras,” in collaboration with Julio Meza. The track eventually got picked up as the official soundtrack for the novela “Juegos Prohibidos.”

 

Throughout her career, Farina has given us huge hits with Maluma, Natti Natasha, Darell, as well as en entire EP “FloWres” made up of 6 tracks alongside reggaeton pioneer Arcangel that was released last year. This year she’s coming even stronger taking on the role of protagonist Queen Yizelle in the film “Flow Calle,” directed by Frank Perozo alongside a star studded cast including Myke Towers, Lenny Tavarez, Julian Gil, Kiko el Crazy, Jay Wheeler, Molusco, and Yandel.

 

 

“Flow Calle” is a story that explores the realities that are lived in any average Latin American neighborhood full of young talented individuals with unique stories to tell while embracing the fighting spirit that the Dominican Republic has. The film will show the best that our neighborhoods have to offer while spreading positive messages full of values and morals.

You can catch “Flow Calle” in theaters on March 24th in Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico and on April 22nd in the United States.
